DESIGNING THE MASTER'S PROGRAM "MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN" IN THE LOGIC OF THE COMPETENCE APPROACH

Annotation: The article reveals the actual problems of training highly qualified specialists for the sphere of additional education of children. In the analytical activity focuses on the preparation in the format of the master's program. In the Altai State Pedagogical University, the process of organizing the training of undergraduates for the system of additional education of children is presented. The models of teacher training for the named branch of the university are declared: advanced training, professional retraining, master's training. One of the directions of preparation of this category is represented in more detail - the master's program (direction 44.04.01 Pedagogical education: Management of the system of additional education for children). The target audience of the main educational program of the magistracy is pedagogical and managerial personnel. The key principles underlying the master's degree training are described: social partnership, student-centered orientation of training, modularity. The main types of graduates' professional activities are designated: managerial and project. The analysis of the main educational programs of pedagogical universities of the Siberian Federal District based on legal information and information materials is presented. In the conditions of changing the educational paradigm, the design process of the main educational program within the framework of the Federal Educational Standard of Higher Education is based on the specificity of the competence approach and a number of principles, taking into account the experience of its development in pedagogical universities of other regions. The priority competences of pedagogical workers in the field of additional education of children are reflected in the Professional Standard “Teacher of additional education for children and adults”. The article presents the results of a study of the motivation for obtaining vocational education by students. The motivational orientation of the educational activities of undergraduates in the transition to a multi-level education system.
