Investment Potential and Efficiency of Investments in the Economy of the Kursk Region

Annotation:  The article discusses the features of investing in the economy of the Kursk region, and the results of investments for 5 years from 2013 to 2017. To determine the effectiveness of possible investments, average revenue and profit indicators were mapped by the districts of the region. Identified areas with maximum efficiency of investment. The indicators of income and expenditure of the population of the region and the rate of savings were investigated. Calculated the amount of money available to the population. It has been suggested how it is possible to increase the presence of the capital of individuals on the Russian stock market. In the first place – it is more convenient applications to simplify investment. Certain efficiency of investments in the economy of the Kursk region, with the help of indicators such as the volume of investments in fixed capital and the change in GRP (gross regional product). When calculating, inflation was taken into account. Assumptions have been made about the reason for the slowdown in economic growth and the weak economic impact of the GDP (gross domestic product) multiplier. Also in the article the population of the region is considered as one of the important sources of investment in the economy of the region. With the increase of financial literacy, the population will begin to participate in investment projects.
