Annotation: In the article, it has been estimated the influence of rehabilitation measures on the farm of Ulyanovsk district of Kaluga region on long-arable lands on the quantitative indicators of the migration of 137Cs in the food chain (soil – plants – animals – man). The effect of rehabilitation measures aimed at improving of soil fertility, plant productivity and reducing the migration of 137Cs in the food chain. The maximum reduction in the transition of 137Cs from soil to winter wheat (2.3 times) was observed in the complex cultivation of the soil (application of lime, phosphorus flour, and manure and potassium fertilizers). In the long-term period after the Chernobyl accident, the quantitative 137Cs transfer parameters along the trophic chain are determined by the level of soil fertility and intensity and volume of rehabilitation measures in the agricultural sector. Agrochemical measures aimed at increasing soil fertility, reduced the content of 137Cs in the grain to three times, and significantly influenced the intensity of nitrogen fixation and the potential activity of soil respiration. The maximum multiplicity of reducing the activity of nitrogen fixation was noted in the variant with liming, and the minimum – in the complex cultivation of the soil. The potential activity of soil respiration exceeded the control by two times in the autumn and winter periods in variants with the introduction of phosphorite flour or with the use of potassium fertilizers.
