Annotation:  Conflict (from the Latin conflictus – a clash) – in a broad sense, is a clashaimed at overcoming the contradiction, the confrontation of two principles, manifested in the activity of the parties. Philosophical tradition consideres the conflict as a special case of contradiction, its ultimate exacerbation. The concept of «conflict» includes a wide range of phenomena of different levels traditionally distinguished on the basis of the parties to the conflict. In most cases, the conflict in nature management is considered as a confrontation of two or more (depending on the complexity of the conflict) nature users, whereas in our opinion it is necessary to talk about the conflict "nature user – environment". It is strange enough, but among all types of conflicts very limited attention is paid to environmental conflicts (social, military, psychological, personal), although recently, it is necessary to think about the relationship in the "society - nature" system in the light of the deteriorating environmental situation. Natural conditions of the Astrakhan region differ from the natural conditions of most Russian regions in many aspects. Its exotic character is caused by the location of the region in the zone of deserts and semi-deserts. The peculiarity of the conditions of intrazonal landscapes creates a special atmosphere for the formation of various types of nature management and their interaction with the natural environment. At the same time, the normative state of natural elementsoften leaves the equilibrium statecausing harm to the ecosystem as a whole, as well as to economic sectors based on certain types of nature management.Such situations can be called conflicts in nature management. In this paper, we analyze the types of nature managementon the territory of Astrakhan region, as well as possible options for nature use conflicts with the indication of objects and subjects of nature exploitation activity. The analysis was carried out based on classification of nature management types proposed by K.V. Zvorykin, based primarily on the nature of human activities

Keywords:  conflict of nature management, time aspect, classification of nature management types, dynamics of conflict, characteristics of conflict
