Annotation: The article reveals development of separate stages of biotechnological production of hyaluronic acid based on the basis of submerged cultivation of bacteria of the genus Streptomyces. The culture-morphological, viscometric and statistical methods of analysis were used in this work. In the process of developing elements of biotechnology nutrient media of various composition were used to cultivate microorganisms: Gause 1, Waksman, Krasilnikov No. 1, No. 6 and No. 71. In the course of the study were revealed cultural and morphological features of strains on liquid and agar media of various component composition. Characteristic changes in the rates and rates of growth of two strains in the dynamics of cultivation were shown. So, for Ac-1313 was characterized by an increase in growth rates for 5 days. The growth indicators increased within 3 days for the strain Ac-1314. The maximum rate was noted for the strain Ac-1313. Besides, a comparative study was conducted of rheological characteristics of cultural liquid at submerged cultivation of a producer depending on sources of carbon and nitrogen in nutrient mediums. In the end of the study, the authors give some results of the viscosimetry method. In particular, the maximum and minimum indicators the specific viscosity of the culture liquid filtrate on mediums Krasilnikova No. 71 and Gause. Data based on which it is possible to draw a conclusion on the effect of ammonia nitrate and corn extract on biosynthetic activity of a strain of VKM Ac-1313 have been obtained as a result obtained
