Annotation:  The article deals with the healthcare system for students of higher education institution. The mechanisms of formation of a single preventive environment and its structural connection with the blocks of the developed system are presented. It is shown that the effective functioning of the system is possible with implementing a complex of medical-social, organizational-regulatory and psychological-pedagogical technologies. Quality criteria of the health care system for students of a higher education institution can be performance indicators of the medical social technologies characterizing: state of students' health, implementation of principles of a healthy lifestyle; improving the quality of life and the level of students’ fitness
