Annotation:  Early application of rehabilitation measures in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) helps to reduce the resulting temporary disability, reduce the incidence of disability of the population, and reduce the mortality from cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of this research: is to study the possibilities of rehabilitation measures in patients with CHF in conditions of polyclinic, and also we investigate the attitude of therapists to carrying out rehabilitation measures. In the course of the study, 100 patients with CHF who were on an outpatient visit with district doctors of therapists were questionnaire on the basis of Polyclinic № 7 «City Hospital № 2 in Belgorod». Among the patients with CHF, 88% of patients received recommendations for treatment and rehabilitation from the attending physician, however, only 64% of patients follow lifestyle recommendations (sleep, physical activity) and 68% - on diet. Visiting of rehabilitation centers also remains at a low level – only 25% of patients had rehabilitation in specialized institutions. All the district therapists who participated in the study answered that they were discussing with the patients rehabilitation activities and the possibility of visiting specialized centers. The low adherence of patients to adherence to the recommended regimen and the implementation of rehabilitation measures may be associated with an insufficient accentuation of the doctor's attention on this topic and with the patient's inattention to the doctor's words and their health
