A comparative analysis of the two groups (women and men suffering from alcohol addiction and was in a marital relationship at the time of the survey), each of the groups represented by 62 patients. Produced by "frontal" comparison of all studied traits (auto-aggressive and experimental psychological). It has been demonstrated that women suffering from alcohol dependence, significantly more likely to exhibit emotional predictors of suicide as opposed to men who are much more common predictors of behavioral plan. At the same time in both groups no statistically significant differences in terms of the classical suicidal autoaggression against high suicidal activity. Their psychological profile is also clearly indicates gender differences in the formation of autoaggressive tendencies against the background of current alcohol dependence. All this leads to the conclusion that persons suffering from alcohol dependence have a high suicide potential, require a specific approach and deserve careful attention, both within the drug and a suicide services
