Annotation:  Determining the level of serological biomarkers in malignant neoplasms is one of the fundamental directions of screening methods. Quantitative threshold values of serological biomarkers for kidney cancer in patients of different age groups were determined at different degrees of spread of the tumor process. The study involved 88 patients with kidney cancer, which were divided into 2 groups according to the age criterion. The first group (age from 40 to 49 years) included patients whose mean age was 44.3 ± 0.45 years, in the second (from 60 to 69 years) - patients 68.0±0.78 years. Each group was divided into 3 subgroups depending on the degree of prevalence of the tumor process (without metastatic lesion, with metastases in regional lymph nodes and with distant metastases). In serum samples, by means of enzyme immunoassay, the level of concentration of TNF-α (pg/ml), IL-12 (pg/ml), FGF (pg/ml), VEGF (pg/ml), IGF-1 (pg/ml), TuM2Pk (U/ml), total PSA (ng / ml). At the same time, in both age groups, the concentration in the blood of TuM2Pk, IL-12, FGF, VEGF, IGF-1, TNF-α is higher in the groups with the most common tumor process when comparing the rates between patients with different prevalence of metastases. The content of TuM2Pk and TNF-α is significantly higher in groups of patients with a more pronounced metastatic process at any age. In elderly age, this concentration is significantly higher in the presence of distant metastases and metastases in regional lymph nodes. The concentration of IL-12, FGF, VEGF, IGF-1 is also significantly higher in groups with more pronounced oncoprocesses, regardless of age, but their level in elderly age is lower relative to middle-aged groups
