CONDITIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL SPEECH COMMUNICATION OF RADIO JOURNALISTS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LEADING SOCIO-POLITICAL RADIO STATION)

Annotation: The paper focuses on communication skills and techniques of the organization of the radio air, which in combination with the traditional norms of Russian provide successful communication of the leading radio station. The specificity of the speech culture of a radio journalist in the media of socio-political format is revealed on the example of the program "Morning turn" of the information-analytical radio station "Echo of Moscow". It is shown that the peculiarity of the communicative strategy of the radio presenters and the factor that ensures the effectiveness of attracting the audience's attention are the combination of live entertaining dialogue with deep intellectual content. Typical linear structural tactics of discourse which characterize "Echo of Moscow" presenters are formulating the topic and its turning by the co-host, appealing to the audience as experts on the subject under discussion, including the audience in the discussion, clarifying the content of the conversation in connection with the opened circumstances, having an impact on the verbal behaviour of the co-host, representing and commenting on the positions of listeners, confirming the expert's opinion, moderating and enhancing conversations, mobile playing up the conversation topics, etc. Manifestations of speech situations, which reveal the internal communication culture of radio standard adopted on "Echo of Moscow", focus on combining entertainment and intellectualism in communicative practices, are classified.
