Sharing-economy in tourism industry and hospitality: new trends

Annotation: Emergence of economy of joint consumption or Schering (sharing) of economy which essence in reorientation of consumer behavior from acquisition on joint use became a new trend and result of digitalization of economy. The Schering economy actively transforms business and the economic relations, and in the most different spheres: urban environment, city public transport, long-distance transportations, tourism, rent of a commercial real estate and equipment. In article the main effects of economy of joint consumption are marked out, its role in achievement of indicators of economic growth of the country is noted. The Airbnb service which changed a situation in the market of hotel services, the reasons of its popularity among representatives of new generation and business tourists is considered. In conclusion, the article concluded that the mechanism for ensuring good quality of services are reviews and user ratings that affect the rating of the contractor. The contractor, who provides services of inadequate quality, will not only be left without clients, but also risk being excluded from the sharing community.
