AXIOLOGY OF HUMANISTIC PEDAGOGY IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERNIZATION AND DIGITALIZATION OF EDUCATION

Annotation:  The article raises the question of the importance and practical implementation of the principles of humanistic pedagogy and value education of personal culture in the conditions of widespread introduction of information models of education in the Russian educational space. The problems of obtaining fundamental knowledge in the context of innovative strategies of school modernization and accelerated promotion of new digital technologies are touched upon. The role of the pedagogical community in the organization of ethical and humanitarian initiatives of the modern learning process is considered. The study describes the process of conceptual changes in the paradigm of the Russian school from the late 80-ies of the twentieth century to the present time, the analysis of the key program documents of humanistic pedagogy, their substantive differences, postulated criteria of the educational process, models of pedagogical action and goals of personal education of students. Marked dynamics of technologization and of a pragmatic approach of the modern educational content and the risk of trends leveling the Central role of subjects of learning in this teacher and student. It is emphasized that new digital technologies and other modernization processes should not cancel the environment of close cognitive and creative interaction in school, trust and broad interpersonal communication in society. It is concluded that the actualization of humanistic concepts of training and education of personal culture in the bosom of human culture should remain not only a priority area of discourse in education and society, but also one of the most important vectors of national development, ensuring the integrity of a single cultural space.
