THE IMPACT OF ECONOMIC SANCTIONS ON THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIA

Annotation:  The Russian economy is under sanctions pressure from some Western European countries and the United States. Therefore, this article is devoted to the reasons for the imposition of sanctions and their consequences. One of the reasons for the imposition of sanctions is the success of the Russian economy, which is confirmed by the analysis of innovative development. The centenary history of sanctions pressure on the domestic economy is considered and the most large-scale sanctions measures for this period are presented. It is proved that sanctions have a negative impact on the innovative development of the economy, although they are the generator and motivator of innovative entrepreneurship.
