Petrov. The interrelation and action of all components of the cultural social code is considered on the example of the ethno-futuristic art history. Ethno-futurism is an international movement that originally emerged in the literary and artistic circles of the Finno-Ugric intelligentsia. The corresponding direction in the fine arts particularly clearly manifested itself in the last quarter of the twentieth century. Ethno-futurists raised the problem of formalization of ethnic culture, pointed to the gap between culture and its roots, which, in turn, can deprive small nations of their future. In the process of considering the way of formation one of the directions of contemporary art, we come to the question of the possibility of reunification with cultural memory through the language of art. The model of the social code is considered as one of the ways to understanding the «whole» of a particular culture.
