Annotation:  This publication deals with topical issues related to the problems of forensic support of the trial in the process of maintaining the state prosecution by the Prosecutor, the structure of the forensic characteristics of the trial as a typical application model of the Prosecutor's activities in the process of hearings in the criminal case in the court of first instance, the interpretation of the elements of this model, in particular, the forensic characteristics of a particular crime as an information base of the trial; version of the pre-trial proceedings in a criminal case, corresponding to the form of the indictment requirements, as a procedural source of forensic characteristics of a particular crime; planning of the trial, as a method of organization of activities to support the public prosecution in court; the situation of the trial (judicial situations); tactics of the public Prosecutor due to the specific structure; the debate of the parties
