Changing social reality in the process of regulation of deviant behavior of the russian youth

Annotation: The article reveals the process of self-regulation of the deviant behavior of the russian youth in a changing social reality. The self-regulatory function of social reality is distinguished from the position of the phenomenological approach. Self-regulatory function of social reality is the result of a young men reflection of accumulated knowledge and experience about the surrounding reality in the form of installations. The article defines the term "social reality of the young people". It describes the reasons for changing the bases of social norms in modern society: the reform of social institutions, the dissemination of accelerated practices, the strengthening of the influence of "significant others", globalization and the accompanying changes, the increasing diversity of the population. Normative uncertainty is justified as a phenomenon of social reality. It is noted, that on the base of the change in the mechanism of regulation of deviant behavior of young people in the transform society lies processes associated with changes in the social reality
