Annotation: This problematic field we otreflektiruem number of nodal network aspects of the phenomenon of a claim to new ideological and epistemological perspectives that will allow us to firstly understand the grounds for the vision of modern society and culture " network, and, secondly, also understand why network metaphor was chosen for representation of the new emerging world and enhance its legitimacy. Explain the situation that it is legitimate to speak of a new network type of society as "normal" (Toffler), but other models of the world, organized by social network and information about becoming a display network culture. If we explicate the concept of "network" in modern philosophy and theories of post – industrial/information society and rationalize it, we will see that, on the one hand, "network" is a modern world order with a new "network" logic, where there are processes of devaluation of traditional discourses, forms of communication and mental activity in favor of virtual and globally" network " models
