Annotation:  International cooperative principles, being special axiological principles, carry out legal regulation of coopera-tive ideology and reflect the main directions of cooperative development. In view of this we consider the de-terminants of universal and credit cooperative norms of activity under the conditions of modern legal and eco-nomic instability. The peculiarities of the cooperative process determine the interaction among the members of the society, created on the basis of personal acquaintance, which implies the unrealistic organization of such cooperatives in large regions with the finding of cooperatives at a far distance between them.
