Constitutional recognition of the guarantees of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the CIS countries

Annotation:  The article presents the results of a comparative legal study of the constitutional norms of the Commonwealth of independent States member States in order to identify provisions that provide guarantees of human and civil rights and freedoms. The author identifies the universal and special formulations of the sought guarantees; on the basis of the given criteria, the classification of provisions associated with guarantees of rights and freedoms of the individual, as well as the subjects of their implementation. In the framework of this study, the comparative legal analysis is subject to the fundamental constitutions of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in connection with the General-ness of a certain stage of historical development, as well as the replenishment of the doctrinal provisions of the theory of human rights risks.
