Annotation:  The concepts "The Organization Which Is Carrying Out Activity in the field of Rehabilitation and an Abilitation of Disabled People" used at the legislative level and classification of the organizations from the point of view of semantic filling of these concepts and organizational and legal approach are considered. The offered classification can be considered as a basis for scientific and methodical ensuring implementation of accreditation, including, designations of bodies for accreditation. Optimal model of accreditation of organizations operating in the field of rehabilitation (habilitation) of disabled persons it is submitted that, in the first case, at Executive authorities performing normative legal regulation in the relevant areas of public relations (health, education, labor, sports, etc.), branch bodies on accreditation are created, and in the second – inter-branch bodies on accreditation with involvement of all interested parties.
