Construction of the general evolution equation of pseuduvector solenoidal field with local conservation law

Annotation: It is proposed the evolution equation that describes the solenoidal vector field M being unimodal. The equation is spherically invariant. It is the generalization of the famous Landau-Liphshitz equation of spherically symmetric ferromagnetic medium.
