Annotation: The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical interaction. The author is convinced that the experience of pedagogical interaction of the teacher of System of secondary professional education agrarian profile may be partially formed at the stage of University training. Conditions for its formation: the introduction of practical elements of rhetoric, business communication with the aim of developing skills of pedagogical communication at the appropriate level, development of understanding teacher both the students and the situation of communication, to introduce students to the basics of hermeneutics, the inclusion of students in contextual learning, allowing the use in the process of learning business and role-playing games that include students in the context of pedagogical process in the institution of secondary professional education. In the article the theoretical basis for drawing up a pilot programme for the formation of the experience of pedagogical interaction.
