Contents and directions of publications in the information and pedagogical environment of the journal «Scientific statements of BelSU»

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the main directions of development and problems of scientific and pedagogical publications in the magazine «Scientific bulletins of the Belgorod State University» (BelSU). On the basis of the contextual analysis of publications, the authors attempted to trace the influence of the ongoing social processes, changes in pedagogical science and the education system on the information and pedagogical environment of the journal; identify urgent problems that require attention of specialists and the pedagogical community. In the article, as a result of the study, data are given about the 60th anniversary of the journal «Scientific Bulletins of BelSU» in 2017. Since 1957 it was called the «Scientific Notes of the Starooskolsky State Pedagogical Institute», in 1961 – «The Scientific Notes of the Belgorod State Pedagogical Institute», from 1995–1996 – «Scientific Bulletins of BelSU». Over the years, the pages of the magazine have raised the most diverse issues of pedagogical theory and practice. The article reveals the main trends and analyzes the content of publications in the journal «Scientific Bulletins of BelSU. Series: Humanities», section «Pedagogy» for the last 60 years: from 1957 to 2017; the structure, dynamics and problems of pedagogical publications are revealed; the contribution of Russian, foreign scientists and practitioners cooperating with the magazine is determined, taking into account the sixty-year time range of publications, in the solution of pedagogical problems.
