Techniques of neutralization of verbal aggression as part of the tools of speech influence

Annotation:  The subject of consideration in the article are methods of neutralizing verbal aggression in everyday communication; the aim of the work is to systematize ways of manifesting and containing verbal aggression in the process of communication. The article raises the question about the on the speech impact as an actual scientific field of communicative linguistics, considers the ways of effective speech influence, stylistic and verbal forms of verbal aggression, it describes the techniques of neutralization, such as ignoring, persuasion, mirroring, euphemisms, etc., are examples of how forms of conflict verbal behavior and language-specific techniques aimed at the repayment of aggression in language and achieving communicative ideal in communication, the new phenomenon connected with the analysis of efficiency and appropriateness of the used methods and techniques of speech influence is designated – profiling, prospects of research of the declared problem and of development of the scientific direction are defined.
