Annotation:  Multicultural pedagogy is an important direction in human development in a society. The article presents the analysis of modern educational paradigms and their relationship with multicultural pedagogy. It is emphasized that under current conditions, multicultural pedagogy develops on the basis of the integration of knowledge of many scientific directions. The article considers multicultural significance of pedagogy; features of formation of multicultural pedagogy in historical sociogenesis, its laws and principles of formation are presented in the article. It is concluded that multicultural pedagogy contributes to the development of mechanisms for the adaptation and socialization of man in a multicultural and multinational society
