Lingvosococultural subsystem of the system of new literacy

Annotation:  Digital transformation of society, the transition to a digital economy require new types of literacy. In conditions of growing mediatization of society is increasingly important media literacy, media competence formation of advanced Russian citizens.The importance of literacy in General and literacy in particular, is that it is the Foundation on which to build further human development. Given the lack of boundaries in a virtual world in new, strange, exciting and unpredictable environment, it becomes especially important to the formation of the necessary level of ownership of the person required types of literacy in the development of the country.As essential conditions to ensure human success, comfortable life in the digital mediatisierung society, often referred to as information and media literacy. Features of digital information technology for man a boundless, promote the effective solution of professional, economic and many other problems. Competently, professionally, to dispose of today's technical and information capabilities capable of only those who possess the necessary knowledge allowing you to navigate in the new digital world. Increases the value of a complex linguistic, social and cultural study of journalistic texts. For nearly 20 years, the problems of complex linguosociocultural modeling of objects of the Humanities are an important aspect of scientific interest. In 2001-2004 was proposed and tested an integrated approach to the study of language media in harmony with the external environment – society, interaction and "vzaimodeistvie" a number of factors. Was developed methodology of complex linguistic, social and cultural study of journalistic text. In relation to journalistic texts managed to trace the features of forming a model of the language newspaper from the point of view of interaction between the external environment and linguosociocultural factors. The application of this methodology allowed us to fully assume, and later verify, the productivity of this approach to the study of non-static objects, characterized by the dynamics of the correlated fuzzy sets, characterized by nudepreteenmodels, interdependence of external and internal factors, diversity, etc. Among the simulated objects were a journalistic text, multi-ethnic educational space, educational space engineering; models of educational development in the context of globalization, modeled thesaurus of the press and the header complex; from the point of view linguosociocultural and psychological factors, we studied the ratio of "the interdependence between duration and quality of life" and the process of obtaining new knowledge in a foreign environment, the pedagogical process in professional education the Results of these studies were the kind of reference points to determine the issues posed in the article title
