Annotation:  The present article is devoted to problems of improvement of legal regulation of the legislation on the establishment of origin of children and his appeal in light of the use of reproductive technologies. Exam-ines the foreign experience and proposes ways to improve Russian legislation in the field of relations. The author excludes the necessity of obtaining the consent of surrogate mother to write parents, defines the conditions for establishing the child's origin, in the case of use of biological material of deceased mother or father denies any legal connection with the donor child, addresses the issue of the presumption of pa-ternity
