Annotation:  The article describes the various versions of the risk analysis of revenues for the budget system of the Russian Federation. On the basis of use of methodology of economic and statistical analysis evaluates the dependence of budget revenues on different factors. The analysis of losses of budget revenues from lower oil prices compared with the baseline scenario of socio-economic development. The study makes conclusions about the dependence of budget revenues on different factors, taking into account the impact of both external domestic economic environment
