Ensuring the balance of accounts receivable and accounts payable of organizations of Russian regions as a direction for strengthening regional budgets

Annotation:  The article emphasizes the creditworthiness of regional budgets and the need to ensure their own income to a greater extent. It is pointed out that an important factor in strengthening regional budgets is the timely settlement of business for obligations to the state, which can be realized on the basis of ensuring a balance between the receivables and payables of regional organizations. The composition and structure of accounts receivable and payable, their changes in dynamics, including payments to the budget and nonbudgetary funds, as a whole for the Russian Federation, federal districts and regions of the Central Black Earth economic region were studied. On the basis of the analysis of the positive experience of the regions of the Central Black Earth region, the directions for ensuring the balance of receivables and payables of organizations of Russian regions are proposed
