On a generalization of the binomial theorem originated from differential equations theory

Annotation:  In this article the minimal constant of the right side of neo-classical inequality was obtained. This inequality generalizes Newton binomial formula. The results of this article apply to stochastic differential inequalities and estimates of distributions probabilities
