Features of the elektorate of the leading political partiescontemporary Russia

Annotation: The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of features of electoral cohorts leading contemporary Russian political parties participating in the elections of deputies of the Volgograd Regional Duma (the city of the Volzhsky) based on the results of a sociological study conducted by the Interuniversity research group VF MEI and VPI (branch) VSTU in August 2014 by a face-to-face formalized interviews. The analysis suggests that statistically significant differences electoral cohorts United Russia, Fair Russia, the Communist Party and the Liberal Democratic Party are available to identify based on the analysis of sociodemographic indicators, and indicators of social well-being and electoral activity.
