Problems of contemporary migration processes managing with respect to some of generals migration theories

Annotation:  This article discusses some of the problems of contemporary migration processes managing. Held on to contemporary theory of migration, the author shows that traditional way of contemporary migration processes managing doesn’t see peculiarities of contemporary migration which is one of the sides of globalization. Ideological models of multiculturalism and “boiler”, become value foundation of European countries and USA migration policy as centers of migration attraction after Second World War, in contemporary conditions showed untenable, are one of the coerces of migration crisis. Migration behavior of contemporary immigrants is remarkable for set of motivation values the main of them are saving of self-ethnic, cultural, confessional identity. Then migrant’s socialization is realized on the basis of self-social environment forming which reproduces so values and may be alternative for social environment of receiving countries. Analyzing the theory of migration systems and the theory of migration sets, the author marks that the affectivity of migration processes managing depends on of all factors of migration streams taking into account. Al of this elevates the significance of international institutes of migration which must be participate in distribution of them not only to realize rights and freedoms of migrants but to realize social and political stability of receiving countries.
