Annotation:  The article analyzes the adaptive training alignment ofthe students of the secondary professional and higher institutions in modern theoretical and practical researches.The role of students' adaptation to the future real working conditions as a core basis in the choice of teaching methods and practice is disclosed. The given results of the adaptive training promote entry of a future specialist into professional activities that ismore successful.One of the methods of successful adaptive training is the application of case-flows developed in cooperation with employers. The presented model of the adaptive training can be used for building the educational process in a secondary professional and higher educational institution, as well as students practice. The given practical experience of organization of Polzunov Altai state technical university students adaptation to social and economic activities indicates the need for close interaction of the educational institution with employers.
