Annotation:  On the relationship of the peasantry phenomena and Christianity, the importance of the peasantry of Rus-sia, on the law, about the need to ensure a decent life in the village. The peasantry has undergone a revo-lution in Russia, mass collectivization, the war, restructuring, drastic economic reforms have, until recent-ly, was powerless. However, by the backbone and breadwinner of the Russian people. The Christian reli-gion has become the moral system that helped Russian people to survive in their identity. Social culture, consciousness, morality, law is all interrelated and interdependent categories, therefore, it is very im-portant to the understanding of the contribution that was made by the peasants to the formation and preservation of the Russian state and ensuring a decent life for rural laborers
