Musical subject as a philosophical concept

Annotation: The musical subject is an important component of all processes, in which music is proclaimed to be the main object of attention. How do subjects, directly related to musical art, interact with each other? What is the difference between the musical subjects? This article examines the cultural and historical nature and forms of the implementation of musical subjectivity, as an element of the culture of sensuality. The connection of the concept of musical subjectivity with the philosophical concepts of freedom and intentionality is shown. The authors view the musical event as a living «cell» of culture, and the concert as a key form of musical intersubjectivity. In the musical art, three modes of interaction of subjects can be distinguished: composer - public, composer - performer, performer - public. Each of these modes deserves a special philosophical and cultural reflection and theoretical research. In addition, a music theorist (historian) has important attention in music circles, the subject of which will not be affected by the limitations of this article.
