Rubric:  Actual Problems of Legal Regulation

Annotation:  The authors consider the main problems of legal regulation, the emergence of which is due to the digitalization of society. Taking into account that the mechanism endowed with artificial intelligence is able to effectively carry out the systematization and preliminary preparation of documents necessary for the law enforcement officer to analyze the conflict situation under consideration, to perform standard procedures, the position that digitalization is one of the effective ways to optimize legal regulation with the help of information and communication technologies is justified. At the same time, the authors believe that at present there are no strong arguments and grounds for giving the phenomenon of digitalization of the law the status of a panacea for all the ills of the Russian legal reality and most social problems. All science-like attempts to prove the opposite are largely due to market considerations.
