Annotation:  The article is devoted to analytical review of the current regulatory and legal framework of the service of medical - social expertise of Kyrgyzstan. The relevance of this article is confirmed by the absence similar reviews. The purpose of this study is to summarize and systematize data of the existing regulatory and legal framework to support the activities of medical - social expert commissions in Kyrgyzstan. The author is outlined the structure of normative acts and key provisions of the service of medical- social expertise, and also of the sphere of rights and guarantees for persons with disabilities in the implementation of constitutional rights and freedoms. The author applied for the preparation of the article the method of logical analysis of literature and official regulatory documents on the activities of medical - social expert commissions and on the sphere of providing persons with disabilities equal opportunities with other citizens in the constitutional rights and freedoms, and measures of social protection
