Model realisation experience of personified upbringing system of gymnasium students (on the example of the see "Gymnasium №1 of Novopolotsk")

Annotation:  The article substantiates the urgency of creating a personalized system of raising a child in the conditions of training in the gymnasium. The author considers various interpretations of the concept of "educational system", the author's interpretation of the term is given. The article summarizes the experience of pedagogical staff of the gymnasium in the direction of designing and creating a personalized system for educating students. The model of the system "Life at its own choice" has been developed, its relevance and significance, the stages of its realization (Stage 1 - "My World", Stage 2 - "My Way to the Goal", Stage 3 - "My Helpers"), its target targets . The main conditions for constructing a creative environment for the upbringing of children, the stages of development (the design stage, the stage of formation, the stage of maturity (heyday, stable functioning)) are determined. The author describes the content and methods of students' activities in conditions of a personified system of upbringing. The content and methods of organizing activities for pedagogical support for the development of a personified system of child upbringing, pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the model (organizational, methodological, and personnel) are considered. The features of the system aimed at realizing the potential of each child in accordance with the goal set by them are studied
