Annotation:  The diseases of the hard tissue of teeth (tooth decay and it’s complications) and the pathology of digestive organs of teenagers are both an actual medical and social problem that needs to be solved. The changes in the body of teenagers caused by the concomitant pathology of diseases of the oral cavity and digestive organs are described in this article. Their main clinical symptoms and interdependence between the patho-logical processes are also outlined. The immunological processes occurring in the body play a huge role in the etiology and pathogenesis of the diseases of teeth. In its turn tooth decay influences the develop-ment of digestive organs’ disorders because a carious tooth is a source of permanent microbian invasion. Close relationship between this pathological processes determine the need of a comprehensive approach to treatment of the patients. The information outlined in the article underline the expediency of diagnostic system reorganization by including the results of dental examination into the medical card of a child. This lets to optimize the work of both dentists and pediatrician
