The social health economic determination of senior age group population: regional poll results

Annotation:  The senior age groups population social health specifics are investigated in the article through a prism of their material welfare. Social health, according to the WHO definition, is considered as an individual health component giving to a person an opportunity to satisfy the biopsychosocial requirements through social communications and the relations. Data of the author's representative regional questionnaire carried out in 2017 in Belgorod region in which the population aged from 60 years are more senior had acted as respondents are for this purpose analyzed. The answers of representatives of five groups allocated on the basis of their material prosperity value judgment were compared for the analysis of social health econom-ic determination. The social health indicators are: the advanced ages persons’ contacts circles quantitative characteristic reflecting its structure, their social well-being in various microsocial practices and their contacts circle resource potential characterized through a possibility of help and support request to its var-ious representatives. The tendency of strengthening of structural, psychological and resource exclusion of advanced ages persons in process of their material prosperity deterioration reveals and proved on the basis of the empirical data comparative analysis.
