Annotation:  The article analyzes the problem of suicidal behavior in adolescence. A survey of studies of socio-psychological characteristics of the personality and behavior of adolescent suicides is conducted. Adolescents prone to suicidal activity in real space transfer this activity into virtual space. Consequently, the study of virtual death groups should encompass all approaches: phenomenological (descriptive), subjective (personal characteristics) and behavioral in an indissoluble unity of the characteristics of the "real" and "virtual" personality. On the basis of the theoretical and methodological analysis, a theoretical model is given for investigating the features of involvement in death groups in the Internet space. According to which the suicidal personality in virtual space is based on the properties and characteristics of a real person and includes cognitive, mythological and motivational components. The cognitive component includes beliefs and the level of instrumental competence of the individual; to motivational - motives of being in the network; to the mythological - personal mythologems of adolescents
