Annotation:  The macroscopic and anatomo-morphological research fresh and the air and dry integral and crushed leaves of the stevia which is grown up in various conditions is conducted. Diagnostic signs of raw materials among which macroscopic have the greatest value are established: a leaf simple, sedentary, lantsetny or return and ovoid, the leaf top dulled, the basis wedge-shaped, edges gorodchaty, pilchaty or wavy, a leaf surface smooth with a mesh zhilkovaniye, trimmed, generally from the lower party; microscopic: ustyitsa of anomotsitny type, ustyichny cages of a sferovidny or chechevitsevidny form; existence of sedentary pieces of iron, large or small simple multicellular single-row cone-shaped hairs, whose most thinwalled; multicellular basis of accession of hairs. The analysis of fresh leaves of the stevia which is grown up in the conditions of the discovered and closed soil, in macromorphology has revealed differences in a size and color of a sheet plate, expressiveness of omission of the lower surface of a leaf, in micromorphology – in type of an arrangement of ustyitsa: shipped and located in the epidermis plane respectively
