Annotation:  This article considers the activity of local and distributive evacuation stations in the Southern Ural during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945). The reception and the sorting of the wounded, medical care and the treatment of Red Army soldiers were analyzed. The authors have followed the process of the formation and reformation of local and distributive evaluation stations. The problems and failures of the command in the wounded and sick soldiers disturbing at the region hospitals were revealed.
