Antidissident activity of Russian orthodox church in the Siberian province at the boundary of the XIX-XX centuries

Annotation:  In article on the basis of unpublished earlier archival materials, a wide range of prerevolutionary and modern researches features of educational and antidissenting work of Russian Orthodox Church in the West Siberian village are considered. The carried-out analysis the priishimskikh of Old Believers in comparison with other faiths, efficiency of activity of local missionaries in fight against heresies allowed to allocate the main reasons for transition from Orthodoxy to split, education level. The conclusion that though this work and didn't bring notable results is drawn, nevertheless, led to rapprochement in ordinary life of representatives of various dogmas, to the literacy growth, involvement of conservatives in economy of the West Siberian village
