Economic condition of Kursk and Tambov provinces convents in the second half of XIX-th – the beginning of XX-th centuries

Annotation:  The paper considers an economic condition of Kursk and Tambov provinces convents (in the second half of 19-th – the beginning of 20-th centuries). They had quite stable economic situation as they had some several sources of the income simultaneously. All these sources of the income were caused by change of a demographic situation, the environment or something another. Practically in 100% of convents there were profitable educational institutions. All nunneries were en-gaged in needlework, the product of these activity is on sell. Many conventual farms did agricultural and other activity.
